    I had booked service for new tires, oil and fuel filter changes. While the tires were off the right front tpms sensor that was no longer working could be replaced. Left the truck for service, all seemed ok. Went to pick the truck up and the TPMs sensor was not replaced as they didn’t have any. So I am upset because I think they should have advised me prior to the service that a TPMs sensor was not available, allowing me to make a decision if I wanted to reschedule when they have one. Now I have to wait, bring the truck back again for it to be fixed, not a good experience.

    Despite being extremely busy the day I went in for service, and being short technicians, Sara and the service department took care of me in a reasonable amount of time and were very accomadating. I will continue to use this dealership for my service needs.

    My vehicle was scheduled for warranty work. When I called at the end of the day to check the status I was told I needed a nearly 3k repair before they could do the warranty work and that the parts weren’t available. Then I pickup my vehicle, but owe $200 before I can get my key. Perhaps I would give a more favorable review. If any of this was communicated prior to me picking up my truck with a surprise Bill.
